Do we really need to go to college or a vocational school? Education plays a vital role to a productive, good life. College broadens individuals’ horizon in ways some cannot even imagine. It allows people to do things they thought were never possible. Receiving a college education gives students more of an opportunity to get a suitable job that they will be pleased with. Individuals who go to college levels are employed at higher rates and with greater consistency. A college education will increase a student’s ability to understand developments in science and in society, to think abstractly and critically, to express thoughts clearly in speech and in writing, and to make wise decisions. Besides knowing that your future will be more secure going to college, college life is fun and self-rewarding. Those against higher education believe that vocational schools are the best choice for students and colleges are not for everyone; however, I maintain that everyone deserves to go to college and receive higher education because it’s higher pay, people make new connections together. Moreover, getting into a college life is a growing up opportunity bridge between home and campus.
